Invited Sessions
A presentation of five or more papers on a particular conference topic constitutes an invited session. We ask renowned scientists from foreign countries who are particularly interested in a particular conference topic to lead an invited session, collecting papers from a variety of international research specialities. The review process will be done at centralized level by scientifice committee and Externel reviewers.
Guidelines for Invited Sessions:
- Choose a topic that will attract both them and the conference attendees;
- Calls for papers to obtain papers on specific topic, normally a minimum of 5 or more for an invited session. If there are enough papers, the session could turn into a workshop;
- Ensure the papers are submitted through the online submission system;
- Give list of externel reviewers for the reviews of the papers;
- Attend the conference and chair the session.
Call for Invited Sessions:
Academicians, researchers, and professionals from foreign countries who would want to host one or more invited sessions on subjects that are covered by the conference are encouraged to submit a request for review. This ought to consist of:
- The title of the invited session;
- Topics of Interest;
- Contact for the Chair(s)/Co- Chair(s);
- A CV for the proposed Invited Session Chair(s);
- Send the proposal and CV to info@icmlde.org
If approved, the conference chair could give the URL of a webpage with the information about the invited session. The information about the Invited Session and the URL to the CFP website will be posted on the special sessions table.
