Published paper metadata (author names, affiliations, titles, abstracts) becomes part of the public scholarly record once a paper is published and is no longer governed solely by this policy.

Data Retention

Submission and registration records are retained for the duration of the review and publication process and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, reporting to sponsors, and handling post-conference queries. Published paper metadata is retained indefinitely by the publisher as part of the permanent scholarly record.
